Absolutely any information anyone could share on the subject would be greatly appreciated. My question is: I know it's possible to add an external long range Bluetooth antenna to these, But is it possible to run the Leica robotic total station with A Carlson Surveyor+ data collector with said long range Bluetooth antenna? I've been searching on-line all morning and have found very little information on the subject, and no information specific to my situation.
We have a Few extra Carlson Surveyor+ Data collectors laying around with SurvCE and the robotic software already installed on them. Long story short, our guys don't like the Leica data collector that goes along with it (rx1250tc Running SurvCE). We have a Leica Robotic total station (TCRP 1203) here at our office that never gets used.
