Some highlights of Steve’s career include the development of an Emergency Redirect Service for Merrill Lynch / Bank of America to enable clients to invoke and redirect calls in the event of emergencies transformed and optimized 740 branch offices from independent communications systems to a centralized VoIP environment, and transformed 15,000 Centrex 5ESS lines at Merrill’s World Financial Center to a centralized Avaya IP Communications system. Steve’s personal goal is to build Atlas ConnX into an industry recognized name for providing the best in class services to clients and partners.

Prior to ConnX, he held various management positions in AT&T. Steve provides executive leadership for ConnX and has managed a team of account executives and technical solutions specialists. Steve was also instrumental in developing ConnX’s Avatar Managed Service Practice and its partnership with AT&T.Steve led the effort to merge Atlas and Smart IMS in 2015 and launch ConnX Cloud Communications integrated solutions portfolio. Steve joined ConnX in 2004 with his leadership launched Avatar Network Management Solutions, one of the pillars of ConnX’s success. With 37 years in the communications industry,including 21 years with AT&T, Steve Pitchon has been a driving force behind the transformational changes in the communications industry. IG’s career highlights include transforming one of America’s largest nationwide automotive companies with ConnX’s SDWAN and UCaaS services, quickly modernizing 5,000 stores into a resilient network ready to deal with the COVID pandemic using over 10K SDWAN devices and 55K phones migrating 80K users globally to our MS Teams direct routing platform with Global SIP trunking and servicing some of the largest global wealth management firms with ConnX’s Hosted Contact Center-as-a-Service products.
